How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:
Germany: 7-15 business days
European Union: 8-18 business days

Some orders may ship directly from international fulfillment partners.

Where do you ship?

Vastholm currently ships to selected countries in Europe.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email after your order has been fulfilled.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear during international transit.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they have been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still request a return after delivery.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached where applicable, and in the original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Can I return jewelry?

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be returned.
