These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the Vastholm online store.

By visiting the store, placing an order, creating an account, subscribing to marketing communications, or otherwise using the store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Vastholm is an online store selling fashion, jewellery, accessories, and related products.

Who can order

Vastholm currently sells and ships to customers in the United Kingdom.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Products and descriptions

Product descriptions, images, sizes, materials, and availability information are provided as accurately as possible.

Minor differences in colour, texture, shape, size, fit, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, photography, production variation, or measurement methods. Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable.

Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to update prices, descriptions, availability, shipping options, and promotions at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Receiving an order confirmation email does not prevent us from cancelling an order where there is a pricing or description error, a stock issue, a payment issue, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or a shipping restriction.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.

Orders may be fulfilled by international fulfilment partners and shipped from outside the United Kingdom.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation, returns, and refunds

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

These Terms of Service are governed by German law. As a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of UK law, and nothing in these terms affects your right to rely on those provisions. You may bring legal proceedings in the UK courts.

General

If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
