A quilted gilet with an insulated lining, a built-in hood and a full-length zip.
A gilet solves a specific problem that a coat does not. Most of the heat you lose goes from the torso, but most of the restriction you feel in a winter coat comes from the sleeves. Take the sleeves off and you keep the warmth where it matters while your arms stay free - which is why this works over a jumper for a cold morning and still lets you drive, carry things, or work outdoors without fighting the fabric.
The front zip sits behind a snap-button storm flap, so wind does not come through the zip line itself. The hood has adjustable drawstrings.
Side pockets close with snaps rather than staying open. Sizes run XS to 2XL.
Three colours in stock: White, Brown and Black. Red is sold out. Be clear on what it is not - with no sleeves, this is a layering piece. In genuinely cold weather it works over a jumper, not instead of one.

- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, zip closed and drawstrings tied so they do not wrap
- Do not use fabric softener - it mats synthetic insulation into clumps
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low. Insulated pieces must be fully dried through or the filling stays damp inside the quilting and goes musty
- Do not iron. Quilted panels melt and flatten permanently

- The armholes are cut generously so a sleeve underneath is not compressed
- Between sizes, size down - it is not a close-fitting piece

Free delivery on every UK order. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery is typically 7-12 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
30 day returns. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, and we extend this to 30 days for any unused item in its original condition. We refund the price of the item plus the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return.
Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
