A soft cardigan in an all-over check.

Check is the pattern that behaves best on a cardigan, and it is a matter of geometry rather than taste. A cardigan has a vertical opening down the middle and horizontal ribs at the cuff and hem, so any pattern has to survive being cut in both directions. A check is already built on both axes - it meets the opening cleanly and the lines carry across the body instead of fighting the construction the way a floral or a diagonal stripe does.

Open front, so it works over a plain top without needing to close.

Cut comfortable through the body - it does not grip at the waist or pull at the shoulders. Sizes S to 5XL.

Eight colourways: Orange, Red, Pink, Purple, Brown, Blue, Green, and a Blue and Orange combination. Wash with similar colours - a multi-tone check can transfer dye between its own bands on the first wash.

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out
  • Wash with similar colours - a multi-tone check can transfer dye between its own bands on the first wash

  • Reshape while damp and dry flat
  • Do not tumble dry. Cool iron on the reverse if needed

Shipping & Returns

Free delivery on every UK order. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery is typically 7-12 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

30 day returns. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, and we extend this to 30 days for any unused item in its original condition. We refund the price of the item plus the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
