A tall winter boot with an insulated lining, a water-repellent finish, a knitted cuff and a buckle at the ankle.

The knitted cuff at the top is what makes it a winter boot rather than a tall boot worn in winter. A plain leather-look shaft leaves a gap at the calf that funnels cold air straight down to the foot, which is why so many tall boots feel cold no matter how thick the lining is. A knitted collar closes that gap against the leg and seals the warm air in. Small detail, and it is the one doing the actual work.

The lining is insulated through the foot and shaft, and the outer is water-repellent rather than merely showerproof.

Sizes are European, EU 36 to EU 43, with a foot-length chart in centimetres on the Fit and Sizing tab.

Six colours: Grey, Black, Red, Brown, Green and Purple. Water-repellent is not the same as waterproof - it will shed rain and shrug off slush, but it is not built for standing in water.

Materials & Care

Water-repellent outer, insulated lining, knitted collar.

  • Brush off dry mud rather than washing. Water carries grit into the seam between the shaft and the knitted collar
  • Wipe the outer with a damp cloth and dry away from heat
  • Do not machine wash - it strips the water-repellent finish
  • Reproof occasionally with a spray suitable for synthetic uppers. The finish wears off with use rather than lasting the life of the boot
  • Dry naturally if they get wet through. A radiator hardens the sole unit and shrinks the lining

Shipping & Returns

Free delivery on every UK order. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery is typically 7-12 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

30 day returns. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, and we extend this to 30 days for any unused item in its original condition. We refund the price of the item plus the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
