A soft collar behaves completely differently from a structured one, and for daily wear it is the better choice. A stiff collar holds its shape but presses against the neck all day, and it is the first thing people undo by mid-afternoon. Warm soft knit.

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or hand wash

Shipping & Returns

Free delivery on every UK order. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Delivery is typically 7-12 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

30 day returns. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, and we extend this to 30 days for any unused item in its original condition. We refund the price of the item plus the standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
